Sasha Vodnik
Sasha went to his first yoga class in 1994. Since then, he has studied a variety of styles, including Iyengar, integral, vinyasa, and basic hatha. He completed a 200-hour vinyasa teacher training at Yoga Tree in San Francisco, and his classes combine a focus on the flow between poses with an emphasis on grounding and alignment in each pose. Sasha invites his students to explore the balance between going deep in the practice and holding a lighthearted, playful approach to each pose.
